Job Description
Campus Facilities is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Facilities Procurement and Inventory Specialist/Business Support Specialist II.
Duties and responsibilities associated with this position include:
• Research and procure materials and services required to support Custodial, Maintenance, and Construction Services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to quality standards. • Enter and manage purchase orders through platforms such as Show-Me Shop and Maximo, maintaining accurate and timely records of procurement activities. • Receive and inspect deliveries, verifying items against orders to ensure accuracy and quality. • Organize, restock, and maintain inventory, implementing efficient storage systems and conducting regular inventory checks to minimize shortages or overstock. • Issue and manage tools and equipment for Custodial, Maintenance, and Construction Services, ensuring proper tracking and accountability. • Record and transfer materials into Maximo for Custodial, Maintenance, and Construction Services, maintaining accurate and updated inventory logs. • Perform general warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and fulfilling internal customer orders, while ensuring a clean and efficient workspace. • Source and procure inventory items as well as one-time requests from Facilities Operations personnel, leveraging various purchasing channels to meet operational needs promptly.

7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Monday through Friday
Minimum Qualifications
An Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Preferred Qualifications
Must possess a valid driver's license, which will allow legal operation of a motor vehicle in the State of Missouri.
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.91 per hour
Grade: GGS-007
