Integense is disrupting the semiconductor supply chain with innovative ASIC solutions. As an established provider of integrated circuit solutions for the industrial, solar, and energy storage markets, Integense is delivering world-class performance, superior cost structures, and high-volume manufacturing. We add value for our customers by applying a holistic system-level approach combined with creative circuit design, proprietary silicon process technology and materials engineering, to provide optimal product solutions. We have been successful because we are nimble, innovative, and passionate about providing smarter solutions to our customers. Our Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) group is expanding, and we are looking for senior mixed-signal circuit designers to join our team. In this role, you will work on developing the next generation of ATE device power supply and high-performance pin electronic integrated circuits with a focus on high precision analog instrumentation and data conversion.
As a senior technical leader, you will be involved in all aspects of IC development, from product concept to manufacturing release. You will work with a cross-functional team of product definers and analog, digital, and verification engineers to develop best in class ATE products.
Responsibilities:
Design high-precision instrumentation and data converter integrated circuits for automatic test equipment
Develop functional concepts, circuit architectures, and block-level specifications
Create behavioral models for system level simulation, optimization, and verification
Design of novel transistor level circuits, simulation, layout floor-planning, parasitic extraction, pre-silicon and post-silicon verification
Guide test engineering team to ensure robust production testing
Mentor junior engineers in proper analog circuit design and layout techniques
Minimum requirements:
MSEE electrical engineering
10+ years of analog circuit design experience
Preferred qualifications:
Experience designing high-precision analog instrumentation, or data converters
Experience with CMOS and BiCMOS circuit design techniques
Expertise in designing circuits tolerant to noisy environments, proper grounding, and isolation techniques
Expertise in designing circuits subject to high thermals or high current densities, while assuring parametric performance and reliability
Solid understanding of device physics and process technology tradeoffs
Expert in use of development tools and automation, e.g., Spectre, AMS, Scripting and Matlab
Understanding of formal verification methodologies
