Some of your Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities include: * Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents

* Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians

* Medication administration

* Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies

* Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes

* Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS: * LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State

* CPR Certification required

* Two Years prior nursing experience preferred::
