Our client is looking for an HR Business Partner to join its HR Team. This role will serve as a strategic HR partner for a diverse range of operational and functional groups. While the position will provide end-to-end HR service delivery, a significant focus will be on labor and employee relations.

The HRBP is a well-rounded professional who oversees and supports the client's human resources responsibilities and activities in close collaboration with executive team members. This role is required to understand the nuances of the company’s various departments such that the HRBP can effectively communicate all HR initiatives and interventions to achieve the desired strategic and operational outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:
Serve as a key strategic partner in coaching & counseling organizational leaders on complex employee & labor relations issues while ensuring compliance with the company’s policy & labor and employment laws/regulations. Provide coordination of the talent acquisition life-cycle process for assigned departments. Actively promote initiatives and programs that increase employee visibility, connectedness, recognition, and active participation with a focus on fostering positive relationships and open communication with all associates. Meet all HR department service delivery standards and constantly serves as a steward for the department through daily interactions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related area of study AND 3-5 years of human resources experience. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Labor Relations, including direct experience with collective bargaining. Extensive experience in HR functions, including labor and employee relations, classification and compensation, job analysis, recruitment and retention, affirmative action, organizational/talent development, employee engagement, communications, and investigations.
