As a Sr. Analyst SAP EDI, the role will carry out responsibilities such as but not limited to Electronic Data Interchange, Mapping, Business Process Development, System Administration, Trading Partner onboarding Management with EDI van provider. Furthermore, creating transaction specifications, configuring message type to Idoc type, assigning functional module and related forms. This also includes monitoring IDocs failures, trouble shooting and prompt resolutions accordingly. Additionally, the Sr. Analyst SAP EDI will collaborate with partner/business/VAN provider to ensure successful EDI transmission testing and onboarding. to align duties with the company's goals and values.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
Be a key liaison between IT, business teams and VAN provider for EDI related activities.
Extensive experience in messaging types/IDoc types for sale orders, confirmation, shipment notification, invoices, price list, credit memos, delivery schedule, purchase orders, advance shipment notification and payment advice.
Review, analyze, and evaluate EDI trading partners and 3rd-party vendors requirements and internal/external user needs for process improvement, upgrade, system implementation, system enhancement, or issues resolutions.
Participate in SAP ECC migration to SAP 4 HANA workshops related to EDI
Ability to track and report on the execution of EDI development and testing for new transaction types and for new partners
Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including unit, integration and user acceptance, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support.
Support EDI incoming/outgoing for all internal/external trading partners and business teams.
Familiar with Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, and integration points with other modules.
Prior experience in WMS EDI interface, other non-SAP 3PL for failures trouble shooting as using incorrect batch number, posting period closures and work with business unit to resolve such issues.
Complete day to day responsibility for EDI support as a single point of contact.
Participate in design and implementation of new applications and integration strategies of EDI.
Develop and maintain standardized, repeatable processes for all development and deployment activities relating to EDI.
Perform SAP ERP system configuration, mapping, and management for EDI-based transactions and processes.
Familiar with FTP, FTPs, file sharing and API in the EDI domain.
Familiar with key EDI transactions as shipment creation, invoice/billing documents/credit/debit memos, lock box, delivery schedules, quotes, purchase order, advance shipments, inbound/outbound and credit advice.

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
Education
Bachelor's degree is required.
A major in Information systems or Business, is preferred.
Experience
6+ years in a large-scaled, enterprise environment for EDI set up, configure and monitoring experience is preferred.
5+ years’ experience in providing EDI support in multiple functional areas, e.g., Sales Order processing, Third Party processing facilities.
Experience in the Food Industry and/or Consumer Products is preferred.
SAP S/4 HANA environment EDI support and set is preferred.
Certifications and specific knowledge
Experience with EDI providers, e.g., SPS and Cleo, preferred.
Strong analytical, time-management and facilitation skills.
Experience in a fast-paced and complex work environment preferred.
Independent, self-motivated, self-managing, proactive and responsive with a bias for action and results.
High level of personal integrity consistent with the client’s core values
Proficiency in support ticket and project management applications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
