RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-Hybrid Manage and maintain access requirements and role-based access control structures for different departments, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and standards. Assist in configuring and executing access review certification campaigns, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Implement and maintain standards for access request and control processes, ensuring adherence to security policies and regulatory requirements. Utilize Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools to automate functionality that cannot be accomplished via integrations, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing manual effort in IAM processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless integration from CRUD user provisioning operations. Develop, test, and deploy customizations for IAM integrations. Troubleshoot and solve issues identified in production. Configure and manage SAML, OpenIDC, and other SSO methods, ensuring seamless and secure authentication experiences for users across various applications Lead the implementation of MFA solutions for enterprise applications, integrating them seamlessly to enhance security posture and mitigate unauthorized access. Apply conditional access policies as required by control standards. Identify and evaluate access privileges deemed privileged within the organization, proactively identifying and mitigating risks associated with such access. Identify opportunities to implement PAM integrations, onboard accounts and apply appropriate PAM policies based on the account type to the PAM. Build connections between PAM solutions and target applications to securely allow users to obtain vaulted credentials or secrets. Coach and mentor IAM Engineer I team members. Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards Other duties as assigned EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or related field or combination of experience preferred 2 - 4yrs experience with Identity Governance and Administration, Access Management, and Privileged Access Management preferred Advanced understanding of best practices and policies in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Access Management (AM), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) Thorough understanding of the distinction between authentication and authorization, ensuring the correct application of each within IAM processes and systems Proficient with programming Knowledge and/or experience with the following is helpful: IGA tools and platforms: SailPoint, Saviant PAM tools and platforms: CyberArk, Delinea AM tools and platforms: Okta, Ping, Azure, Active Directory RPA tools: UiPath, AutoIT, Nintex/FoxTrot Cloud Provider Knowledge: AWS, GCP or Azure Security monitoring and alerting: Splunk, Varonis SCHEDULE Typical office hours are M-F 8a-5p. This position a full-time, permanent role. Hybrid workplace schedule expected on-site days (M, T, W) in either Central Ohio, Orlando or Miami, Florida. A minimum 40 hours is requir
