You will lead efforts to implement innovative data-driven solutions that highlight key trends and support decision-making across internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and business acumen to deliver high-quality visualizations and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Visualization & Business Intelligence: Design, develop, and implement advanced data visualization and BI applications to enable data-driven decisions for business leaders and clients. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes, ensuring intuitive and effective user experiences. Innovation & Problem Solving: Continuously explore new ways to transform complex data into compelling stories that drive decision-making. Data Infrastructure Improvement: Identify and address data and design challenges within internal and external data sources and visualization tools. Strategic Contribution: Support the data gathering and visualization of both internal and client-driven strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals. Technology Exploration: Experiment with cutting-edge technologies and tools to keep Cushman & Wakefield ahead of industry trends. Standards Development: Participate in developing strategies, standards, and best practices for data analysis and visualization. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across Technology, Marketing, Operations, and other service lines to transition concepts and prototypes into production-ready solutions.
Key Performance Metrics:
Stakeholder feedback and satisfaction. Quality and impact of visualizations and tools produced. Efficiency in service delivery and request turnaround time. Accuracy and comprehensiveness of data used in visualizations. Fulfillment of business case requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required. 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, or a similar role. Expertise in creating data visualizations that drive actionable insights. Advanced proficiency in Power BI, CRMA, Tableau, or similar tools such as Tableau, d3.js, or Mapbox Strong knowledge of SQL and APIs. Excellent project management skills and the ability to harmonize various data sources.

Strong understanding of visual design principles and their application in data-driven tools and visualizations. Proven ability to translate stakeholder requirements into impactful visualizations. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Team player with strong collaboration skills.
