The HR Operations team is responsible for the administration and integrity of Workday transactions, payroll and Leave Administration. The HR Operations Analyst position is an entry level role that will serve and support the operations team across HR operational functions. The analyst position will also have responsibilities to support the administrative functions of the HR budget to include expense reporting and invoice tracking. The HR Operations Analyst is a key partner within HR Operations team, offering cross functional support with the HR help desk (AskHR) and benefits. The HR Operations Analyst position reports to the Manager of HR Operations.
Essential Functions:
Assist the Director of HR Operations with budget duties, invoice tracking and expense reporting.
Initiates, monitors, coordinates and completes HR-related employee transactions in all HR systems, primarily the HR system of record (Workday), with a working knowledge of the payroll system of record (ADP Enterprise version 6)
Support the Leave administration team and associates with working knowledge of Federal and State leave policies.
Supports New Hire Orientation and ensures collection and completeness of regulatory documentation for new hires
Performs Workday and Workday system testing activities for all HR system initiatives (updates, upgrades and implementation) and triage on transactions.
Assist the payroll team and production schedule as well as responds to tier II escalated inquiries in Salesforce for basic payroll questions
Ensure maintenance, integrity, compliance and confidentiality of documentation, data requests and day to day work documents.
Qualifications/Competencies:
Knowledge of current system: Workday, or ability to learn this system.
Skill in both verbal and written communication with a high degree of customer focus
Ability to complete work accurately while managing several initiatives simultaneously within strict deadlines.
Ability to demonstrate expertise in a variety of the function’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
Ability to exercise and use insightful judgment.
Ability to interact with all levels of associates and leaders across the organization.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar, preferred
Minimum of 1 year experience in Human Resources or business administration

This job is also eligible for variable pay.
