Responsibilities:
Lead multiple client engagements, providing guidance and support to team members through extensive expertise. Offer process and business improvement recommendations based on a deep understanding of client operations and goals. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring top-tier service. Collaborate with senior leadership in business development and relationship-building with prospective clients. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff, contributing to their development and performance review. Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field CPA certification required Diverse industry experience is preferred, but we are happy to speak with industry specialists as well
