We are seeking an organised and motivated Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to be the face of our office. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks and requires someone who is detail-oriented, personable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage the front desk, ensuring a clean and organised reception area.
  • Perform general office duties such as scheduling appointments, maintaining files, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings by coordinating logistics, preparing required materials, and taking meeting minutes when necessary.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed, contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using various office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly and professional demeanour with a customer service mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
