Job Title : Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Work Type : Direct Hire / Full Time / Permanent
Salary Range:
Up to $140K (DOE)
Setting : East Aurora, NY - 100% Onsite
Job Duties "At-a-Glance": Develop new product and manufacturing processes and apply C/I manufacturing technologies to production programs Evaluate, justify, purchase, and implement new manufacturing capital equipment Ownership to drive results and performances to challenging and nonroutine manufacturing engineering needs Estimate time standards for set up and run hours, run quantities, and "man-to-machine" ratios Evaluate and develop emerging technologies for mastered manufacturing engineering and production process development Coordinate design for manufacturing efforts among various development engineering groups
Job Requirements
Required Works Skills, Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Science or Manufacturing or Mechanical or Industrial Engineering 5 years' experience developing automated and advanced manufacturing systems and milled parts 5 years' experience of machining, blueprints, GD&T skills, and CAD/CAM CNC 5 years' experience with aerospace metal materials for complex milled parts and 5-Axis programming
Preferred
Works Skills, Education and Qualifications:
5-Axis Global Machining Platform ie: Okuma MU-4000V, MU-5000V, MU-8000V and Mazak I-600 G&M Code programming and Siemens NX experience Lean Belt certification is a plus
