Applicants should have 10-12 years of relevant experience in a Pharma or Biotech setting, complemented by an advanced degree in a relevant field. A fervent commitment to enhancing patient outcomes is a must, alongside the capability to inspire and lead a high-performing cross-functional team.
Additionally, proficiency in financial modeling and the ability to navigate organizational changes with clarity and a focus on ideal outcomes will be vital for success. A substantial deal sheet demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of drug discovery and development is highly desirable.
