BMW of Tallahassee, FL is hiring a BMW Genius to perform final delivery of new and certified used BMW vehicles in accordance with the Customer Delivery Process and to assist customers with any after delivery technical questions they might have.
In this position, you will perform outstanding BMW deliveries, properly educating clients, ensuring they begin their ownership experience with a strong level of comfort and full knowledge of the vehicle's high-tech features and functions of their vehicles. Training provided.

Programs personalized settings prior to customer delivery Sets expectations for length of delivery Assesses client knowledge and priorities to personalize delivery Provides complete overview - explanation and demonstration - of the functions, operations of all vehicle systems, features and technologies in the delivery of a new BMW, focusing on customer comfort level and retention. Resolves client inquires for vehicle technology issues Assists clients at the service drive. Delivers vehicles off site, as required, and occasionally on site. This may require travel, in some cases overnight. Ensures personal availability at odd hours to facilitate delivery at the customers request/convenience, thus the schedule will be determined by available deliveries Answers product questions on the telephone and during walk-ins. Trains the sales and service staff on key technologies, how to best explain and demonstrate them to the client. Troubleshoots vehicle technology features. Maintains the highest level of CSI consistent with the goals of the department. Other duties may be assigned, based on company’s needs. Skills/Abilities and Experience Required for this Position include: Customer Service or Retail Sales Experience is helpful! Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and customer service skills – approachable, cheerful, helpful, etc. Ability to complete detailed paperwork. Exceptional teamwork skills.
