What You'll Do:

As a business analytics consultant on our team, you'll:
  • Consult on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating implementation of new tools
  • Apply analytical best practices for data collection, aggregation, normalization, and analysis
  • Analyze and process data, while contributing to the development of models and report templates and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions
  • Recommend and implement appropriate performance measures to be produced, including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics
  • Provide guidance to fellow team members
  • Provide business clients with detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from data processing and data analysis

You Have:
  • 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Standardization, Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Problem Solving, Content Management, Software and Network Programming
  • Experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, Test Data Management, Data Architecture, Data Security, Programming, and Data Analysis Software
  • Knowledge of Database Query Language, Report Creation, and Data Visualization
  • Knowledge of Statistical Methods and Techniques to Analyze Data, DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF), Managing Enterprise Level Cross-Functional Teams
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or Physical Science


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience working and collaborating with technical staff and engineers
  • Knowledge of U.S Navy Personnel Systems
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail, and display a proactive and positive attitude
  • Possession of excellent client-facing or consulting skills
  • Possession of excellent documentation and organizational skills


Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
