We schedule 60 minute Evals and Re-Evals, and 45 minutes Treats Job Requirements VA license PT cert in hand Schedule Information SHIFT: 9:30-6 Mon-Thu, 9:30-5 Fri. 10 hour days possible after initial orientation period Additional Details Proof of I9 or Attestation Government issued photo ID required.
