Key Responsibilities: Assist the Superintendent in managing day-to-day on-site operations for tenant improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and client expectations.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and change orders.
Support in resolving on-site issues promptly and effectively to minimize project delays.
Communicate progress, challenges, and updates to the Superintendent and Project Manager.
Qualifications: 3 years of experience in construction, with a focus on tenant improvement projects.
Strong understanding of TI construction processes, materials, and building systems.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project).
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
OSHA 30 certification.
Experience working on commercial tenant improvement projects in [specific industries, e.g., retail, office, healthcare].
