Job Title: Electrician Foreman
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician Foreman to lead and execute electrical projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in reading blueprints, laying out work, and leading a team of helpers. This role requires expertise in bending conduit, pipe, roughing wire, and troubleshooting electrical systems.
Responsibilities
Interpret and work from blueprints to execute electrical jobs
Lay out work for efficient execution of tasks
Lead and supervise helpers in completing assigned tasks
Bend conduit and pipe as required for installations
Rough in wiring and install electrical systems
Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
Install switchgear and perform electrical installations
Essential Skills
6-8 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician
Proficient in bending conduit and pipe
Experience in roughing MC & BX
Skilled in troubleshooting electrical systems
Knowledgeable in switchgear installation
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Strong leadership and team management skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
OSHA 30 certification
Proficiency with necessary tools and PPE
Willingness to undergo mandatory and random drug screenings
Valid and scannable OSHA certification

Work Environment
The work environment is based in Richmond DLA- Defense Supply Center. The job site is fully regulated with mandatory and random drug screenings. Employees must adhere to safety protocols, including wearing PPE and maintaining respectful communication. Overtime may be required as needed.

The pay range for this position is $47.33 - $47.33
