Our “Campbell’s Cares” program matches employee donations and/or volunteer activity up to $1,500 annually.Campbell’s has a variety of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support employees.How you will make history here…You will be responsible for leading the new product innovation strategy & pipeline across amazing, high-growth brands such as Goldfish, Lance, & Pepperidge Farm in collaboration with an extensive cross-functional teamWhat you will do…Strengthen and refine brand innovation strategiesCollaborate with cross functional teams to creatively identify opportunity areas for growth by effectively leveraging syndicated data, consumer research and competitive intelligenceBuild out robust innovation pipelines based on a foundation of product & packaging commercialization viability that delivers against brand strategy, financial expectations and meet consumer needsLead cross functional teams through commercialization of existing breakthrough innovation projects and future validated ideas to deliver commercially and financially viable platformsProvide strong leadership to create direction and inspire greatness with cross functional teams; a "can do" attitude will be necessary to overcome obstacles and motivate the team to deliver strong resultsWho will you work with…Brand TeamInsights TeamResearch & Development – including Product Development & PackagingWhat you will bring to the table…Bachelor’s Degree5+ years experience in consumer brand management with a minimum of one rotation in base/retail brand managementStrong experience with POS/Panel Data to inform strategy and decision-making across multiple functions to drive growthProven track record of driving profitable growth from product innovation: concept to commercializationHigh caliber leadership – taking accountability, inspiring trust, fostering collaboration, and driving organizational alignmentHigh level of curiosity about the marketplace, competitors, consumers, and product/ingredientsAbility to easily maneuver between high-level strategic thinking, business / financial / operational acumen, and detail orientationExceptional communication – clear and concise; recommending and influencing, storytelling and presentingExcellent analytical skills and business/financial acumenIt would be great if you have… MBA (strongly preferred)CPG and/or food CPG experience strongly preferredPrevious brand innovation experienceCompensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $139,000-$199,800Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
