About this role: We are looking for a highly motivated individual that has a background in application and systems development and a proven track record in developing automation to join our dynamic team. In this role you will work with experienced directory server engineers to deploy infrastructure configuration as code, automate business requirement implementation and maintenance tasks. Your responsibilities will include developing automation, validation routine, systems administration tools and product plugins for a team of Directory Server LDAP engineers. Additional tasks include maintenance of existing code, supporting the CI/CD and implementing deployment orchestration. You will be actively involved in remediation of existing code to comply with security policies and refactoring code for performance/best practices. Support cross-training and provide mentoring to LDAP engineers on automation and CI/CD. This role will allow learning and growth on our directory solutions and security technologies. In this role, you will: Lead computer security incident response activities for highly complex events Conduct technical investigation of security related incidents and post incident digital forensics to identify causes and recommend future mitigation strategies Provide security consulting on large projects for internal clients to ensure conformity with corporate information, security policy, and standards Design, document, test, maintain, and provide issue resolution recommendations for highly complex security solutions related to networking, cryptography, cloud, authentication and directory services, email, internet, applications, and endpoint security Review and correlate security logs Utilize subject matter knowledge in industry leading security solutions and best practices to implement one or more components of information security such as availability, integrity, confidentiality, risk management, threat identification, modeling, monitoring, incident response, access management, and business continuity Identify security vulnerabilities and issues, perform risk assessments, and evaluate remediation alternatives Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managers Lead a team to achieve objectives

Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 5+ years of coding/development experience in Python, Ruby, Ansible Automation 5+ years of code development experience with EPL, pipeline tools (Jenkins, Gradle, SonarQube, Artifactory, etc.) and supporting CI/CD processes 3+ years of experience developing applications on Kubernetes/K8 platform and cloud deployment to MS-Azure and Google Cloud Platform Minimumof a Bachelor's degree is required Desired Qualifications: Experience in developing information security controls including authentication, authorization and encryption functions Knowledge of Directory Servers including Ping Directory or Oracle Unified Directory Knowledge of Linux and Network troubleshooting commands Knowledge of Service Now, Jira and Workday applications Experience with monitoring and data analysis tools such as Splunk, ElasticSearch Experience with development with Siteminder, Ping Directory SDK Expert knowledge and understanding of information security practices and policies, including Information Security Frameworks, Standards, and best practices Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of an organization; including at the executive level Job Expectations: Ability to support PROD issues as needed on evenings and weekends Telecommuting is not an option for this position This position offers a hybrid work schedule Relocation assistance in not available for this position Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. $133,300.00 - $237,100.00
