Job Description 45-50/hr Insight Global is hiring for a Business Analyst to sit onsite in Stamford, CT for a large, telecommunications company. This Business Analyst will be joining the Customer Operations organization specifically within the Business Integration Team. This group is at the forefront of all customer-impacted company initiatives. This Business Analyst will be working on their Core, government, and mobile projects. On a day-to-day basis, this Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements and creating work/process flows. Furthermore, this business analyst will be responsible for end-to-end business requirements, rules and user Stories, operational improvements, PMO and ORT testing. On a day-to-day basis, this business analyst will spend 60% of their time within stakeholder and stand-up meetings. This business analyst will be responsible for presenting at the executive-stakeholder level. The other 40% will be spent on requirements: gathering, documenting, creating process flows, and working cross-functionally with other teams in/out of the organization.
