As we enter our next phase of growth, we're seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support our account-based go-to-market strategy. As a leading Microsoft partner, we focus on master data management solutions that enable trusted data and drive business growth.
Reporting to the CMO, the Product Marketing Manager will handle product messaging, sales support, and launches, collaborating across teams to ensure strong market positioning and customer engagement. What Success in this Role Looks Like:
Within first 3 months:
- Familiarize yourself with our product, target markets, and our industry.
- Build rapport with marketing, product, and sales teams.
- Deliver a 6 month 'plan on a page' for existing products.
- Participate in win/loss analysis interviews and competitor research activities, contributing insights to marketing strategies.
- Play a lead role working with product management for successful product launches, creating and delivering launch materials, and showcase our innovation in the market.
- Analysis of competitors within data management space, utilize findings to refine product messaging and develop the competitive positioning for the product portfolio.
- Produce high-quality product marketing content (e.g., blog posts, webinars) that drive customer engagement.
- Conduct training sessions with the sales team on updated product offerings and materials.
- Successfully captained multiple product launches taking full ownership of execution and cross-functional coordination.
- Built repository of impactful sales enablement and marketing materials to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Curated customer case studies and win/loss insight for analysis and improvement of product strategy.
- Demonstrated measurement improvement on product positioning and market perception though consistent, high-quality execution of product marketing tactics.
- You are providing ongoing reporting for a primary set of key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide stakeholders with actionable recommendations as it relates to performance across KPIs.
- You have built trust with stakeholders and are fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and cross-functional departments.
- Industry Experience: You are aware of the landscape, and have led growth within Master Data Management and/or Data Governance organizations.
- Tactical Execution: Execute daily product marketing tasks, including product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement. Conduct market research, win/loss analysis, and competitor analysis for rapid insight generation.
- Launch Support: Drive product launch execution, coordinating cross-functional activities, creating supporting materials, and communicating updates to internal teams.
- Sales Enablement: Develop and refresh sales enablement materials like battle cards and product one-pagers, and train sales teams on product changes and updates.
- Content Creation and Campaign Support: Produce product marketing collateral (blogs, webinars, white papers) and support content development for marketing campaigns.
- Customer Engagement: Lead customer engagement activities, including win/loss interviews, feedback collection, and case study creation to validate product messaging.
- Tech Savvy: You understand analytics and a variety of programs to help tell the right story (Gong, Salesloft, Salesforce, Marketo, Chilipiper, Postal.io)
