Description du poste

We are seeking a for Manufacturing Engineer with a strong foundation in general assembly and a track record of establishing multiple plants, preferably in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate should be a seasoned engineer at the staff level, possessing extensive experience collaborating with prominent original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) . The role demands an individual capable of meeting rapid timelines, as we aim to fill this position within a month.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the general assembly and development of 3 to 4 manufacturing plants.
  • Collaborate with major OEMs to incorporate industry best practices into manufacturing processes.
  • Apply automotive manufacturing expertise to optimize plant efficiency and product quality.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement strategies for cost reduction.
  • Ensure timely completion of all projects while maintaining the highest standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and objectives.


Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record as a Manufacturing Engineer, with a minimum of 5 years in a staff-level engineering role within the automotive industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in the construction and general assembly of manufacturing plants.
  • Previous involvement with leading automotive OEMs is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes and adherence to industry standards.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.

The first interview will take place in our headquarters in Boulogne Billancourt. Mandatory.
