Insight Global is hiring: Remote Data Quality Analyst in Dallas

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Data Quality Analyst sitting fully remote to join a large non-profit organization in Dallas, Texas. T ideal candidate would be assisting the Learning Team and the Data Services Team to help clean up data issues in their internal membership database. This individual would be responsible for identifying which accounts have multiple profiles and eliminati duplicates. It is important that this individual understands how data leads to duplicate accounts as well as how to de-duplicate profile They will be working to create a better user experience. Good communication is an absolute MUST to be successful in this role as this person will be communicating with multiple teams as well at high-level executives. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years experience in Data Analytics, data quality, or data analysis Experience with SQL, SSRS, and/or Tableau reporting tools (ideally Tableau) In-depth understanding of duplicate data entries Ability to analyze and interpret large and complex datasets in different formats Excellent written and verbal communication Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience with Alteryx Experience with SSIS Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications Experience working in the non-profit industry or healthcare industry Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
