Summary:
- Responsible for a wide range of administrative and secretarial tasks and special assignments for Manager/Director. May schedule meetings, travel arrangements, typing, preparing Power Point slides, reports and filing confidential information. Performs other duties as requested. Able to set own priorities and exhibit self direction with high level of initiative. Understands and utilizes computer technology applications to maximize efficiency (e.g. Microsoft Office, data base management, spreadsheets, power point, outlook and other computer applications, as needed).
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to operate copy machine, telephones and fax machine.
Detail-oriented, excellent organizational, interpersonal and communications skills essential. Must be able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated intermediate to advanced level PC skills including all facets of Microsoft Office, Power Point and graphs and the ability to effectively utilize the Internet are required.
Must be reliable, dependable, timely, and flexible to fulfill role and understand hours/time may be adjusted to meet the operational needs of the department.
Must maintain high regard for strict confidentiality, professional dress, demeanor, lines of communications and consistent professional administrative office environment.
Education or Equivalent Experience:
- H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)
- Education Specialization:Equivalent Experience: • And • 3+ years Preferably in a healthcare setting
