The Vice President, Marketing Partnership & Licensing will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships and licensing agreements that elevate SharkNinja's brand visibility and drive growth across its product portfolio. This role is central to creating high-impact collaborations with external partners, managing licensing agreements, and expanding the brand's footprint through innovative marketing and product partnerships. Reporting directly to the CMO, the Vice President, Marketing Partnerships & Licensing will be a key driver of growth through partnerships and licensing in both existing and new markets

Responsibilities:

* Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with key external organizations, brands, and influencers that align with SharkNinja's business objectives. Build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships that drive brand awareness and product innovation.

* Licensing Management: Oversee the development and execution of licensing strategies that enhance SharkNinja's brand portfolio. Identify and secure licensing opportunities that extend SharkNinja's presence into new categories or markets, ensuring alignment with brand standards.

* Brand Collaboration: Lead high-profile brand collaborations and co-marketing initiatives to expand SharkNinja's reach and consumer engagement. Collaborate with the product, media, and marketing teams to execute joint campaigns that leverage partner strengths.

* Contract Negotiation & Execution: Drive the negotiation and execution of complex partnership and licensing agreements. Work closely with legal, finance, and other internal teams to ensure agreements are structured to maximize value and minimize risk.

* Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Development, Sales, and Digital to ensure alignment on partnership and licensing initiatives. Lead internal teams to execute partnership marketing strategies that drive product sales and brand growth.

* Licensing & Partnership Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify new partnership and licensing opportunities. Develop innovative strategies that differentiate SharkNinja in the marketplace through unique collaborations and creative marketing efforts.

* Financial & Performance Management: Manage financial models for partnership and licensing deals to ensure profitability. Track and analyze the performance of licensing and partnership programs, using insights to optimize current agreements and inform future opportunities.

* Brand Stewardship: Ensure all partnership and licensing initiatives are consistent with SharkNinja's brand identity, values, and long-term strategic goals. Maintain the highest level of brand integrity across all external partnerships.

* Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key partners, licensors, and stakeholders to drive long-term value. Act as the primary point of contact for all licensing and partnership-related matters, ensuring clear communication and execution.

* Reporting & Analytics: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of partnerships and licensing programs. Regularly report on the progress of deals and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Requirements:

* 10+ years of experience in partnerships, licensing, or business development, with a focus on consumer goods, technology, or lifestyle brands.

* Proven track record of securing and managing successful brand partnerships and licensing agreements.

* Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex contracts with legal and financial considerations.

* Expertise in developing and executing co-branded marketing initiatives that drive consumer engagement and product sales.

* Excellent cross-functional leadership abilities, with experience managing teams across different departments.

* Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure program performance.

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
