An onsite staffing agency recruiter plays a crucial role in matching job candidates with suitable positions at client companies. This position will train in Lewisville and then transition to a site in Irving, TX.

OnSite Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Conduct Intake Meetings: Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and establish qualification criteria for candidates.
• Job Posting: Publish job ads on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and career pages.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and reach out to potential candidates through online channels and offline events such as job fairs.
• Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and provide shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Client Updates: Keep clients informed about the hiring process, including the number of candidates screened and their status.
• Candidate Preparation: Prepare candidates for interviews with clients.
• Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of past applicants, including resumes and interview evaluations.
• Client Relationship Management: Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain strong relationships with them.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a staffing agency or similar role.
• Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, organizational and time-management abilities, and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Valid Driver License
