Position Details:

Location: Temecula, CA 92591
Pay Rate: $18 to $21/hr without benefits and PTO.
Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. This role involves providing exceptional customer support, data entry, and administrative tasks in a professional and fast-paced environment. Training will be provided for phone and call center responsibilities, making this a great opportunity for candidates with retail customer service experience or other public-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and efficient typing at 35+ WPM.
- Complete 10-key data entry tasks at a minimum speed of 5,000 KPH.
- Utilize MS Outlook for daily communication and organization (PowerPoint knowledge not required).
- Handle phone calls professionally and communicate clearly with customers.
- Multitask effectively, ensuring attention to detail in all tasks.
- Adhere to attendance policies, including punctual start times and consistent attendance.
- Participate in a comprehensive 4–6-week onsite training program, followed by assigned shift hours.
Requirements:
- Typing proficiency: 35+ WPM.
- 10-key data entry skills: minimum 5,000 KPH.
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and professionally.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
- Some customer service experience dealing with the public, such as retail or similar industries.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are critical.
Work Schedule:
- Training: 4–6 weeks onsite, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.
- Post-training shifts: 8-hour shifts with start times ranging from 4:55 AM to 8:30 AM.
Additional Information:
Candidates are required to complete a typing test, 10-key data entry test, and an assessment using MS Outlook. Testing results, along with your resume, must be submitted with your application.
