WHAT YOU'LL DO
As part of the Epic Flight Support Team, The Accounting and Administrative Associate will be the primary person in charge of Accounts Receivables, create and process invoices, help with the warranty process and tracking of warranty information, work in the inventory and invoicing system (EBis), and assist other team members as necessary. A great attitude and an upbeat personality are a must. Other expectations may include:
- Communicate professionally and efficiently with customers and vendors
- Collaborate with team members and other departments within company
- Collect and analyze data to create reports and extract meaningful information
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- Accounting experience with an emphasis in Accounts Receivable
- Previous Aviation Experience is highly desired
- Experience with enterprise-level accounting software is helpful
- Strong data acquisition and analytical skills
- Advanced Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be able to keep matters strictly confidential
- Handle complex projects efficiently with exceptional organizational skills
- Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the Future
