Position: Dispatch CSR Associate
Location: Ontario/ Rancho Cucamonga/Inland Empire, CA
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Punctuality is essential)
Pay Range: $24 - $28/hour (DOE)
About the Role:
BBSI is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dispatch CSR Associate to join a thriving appliance company in Ontario, CA. We are looking for someone who can provide a 5-star customer experience while handling high-volume inbound calls, managing repair leads, and converting opportunities into business. This role is ideal for a self-starter with excellent time management skills, a strong work ethic, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, particularly during peak hours (8:00 AM – 10:30 AM).
- Convert repair inquiries into service calls by identifying additional needs or appliances requiring attention.
- Ensure timely and professional email communication and follow-up on client inquiries.
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently to meet customer needs.
- Proactively seek sales opportunities within each service call by engaging customers in solution-focused conversations.
- Maintain punctuality to avoid missing critical early-morning calls.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every customer feels valued and heard.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales and service goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a CSR or dispatch role, preferably in a service or repair-oriented environment.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including email correspondence.
- Punctual and reliable, with a track record of dependability.
- Sales acumen and the ability to upsell or cross-sell services effectively.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in dispatch and scheduling software (training will be provided).
- A customer-focused mindset and a professional, friendly demeanor.
