Project Manager - ERP Implementation

Job Description

PM will oversee the entire implementation lifecycle, from initiation to closure. This includes coordinating with business units and implementation partners, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with company processes. The role involves both strategic planning and hands-on management.

•Project Management:

•Assist in the planning and implementation of ERP projects.

•Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.

•Utilize Azure Dev Ops to track work item progress

•Track project risks, issues, and mitigations

•Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

•Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.

•Provide regular project updates to project leadership and stakeholders.

•Change Management:

•Coordinate with implementation partners and stakeholders to conduct training sessions to end users

•Monitor and address resistance to change, ensuring a positive transition experience.

•Business Coordination:

•Collaborate with various business units and demonstrate how the ERP system meets their requirements.

•Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align project goals with business objectives.

- Oversee User Acceptance Testing by triaging issues and tracking progress.

- Learn the basic functionality of the platform and champion core functionality.

Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

•Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role, specifically in ERP implementations

•Experience in ERP implementation principles, practices and methodologies

•Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

•Experience in change management and business coordination.

•Proficient in Microsoft Project and Azure Dev Ops.

Preferred at least one full life-cycle implementation of D365 F&O or Dynamics AX SCM
