As the Director of Data Governance, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end processes, ensuring data sources are efficiently managed, procedures are adequately controlled, technology aligns with target architectures, and outputs enable regulatory compliance and strategic decision-making. Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $154,600 – $208,700 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Establish data stewardship processes, accountability frameworks, and decision-making rules to ensure effective governance of data assets and enterprise-wide data issues Develop governing policies, KPIs, and monitoring tools, including dashboards, to track implementation, data quality, and regulatory compliance Lead the design and implementation of a Master Data Management structure for standardizing products, people, and suppliers while managing external data monitoring policies Support data owners and stewards in creating domain maps, heatmaps, and roadmaps, launching quality improvement initiatives, and embedding data stewardship practices across the organization Maintain a data quality management framework with profiling, monitoring, and reporting capabilities More about you Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, data science, or a related field; master’s degree preferred Minimum of 10 years of data governance or data management experience with 5 years of experience in a leadership role Expertise in data governance, Master Data Management, and data quality processes, including lifecycle management and regulatory compliance Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and big data technologies like Databricks and Spark, with experience implementing data quality checks and monitoring tools Strong understanding of metadata management, including developing data dictionaries, catalogs, and other metadata assets Proven ability to design and implement data profiling, lineage tracking, and quality dashboards to support data monitoring and reporting Physical requirements Who we are Our business is all about people, and that includes you.
