This position leads our Business Development team, working closely with our customer base, setting market strategies, and coordinating the pursuit and capture of new business. The BD Team collaborates with Aerostar’s program management and engineering groups to ensure our approaches to new opportunities exceed customer expectations. Simplify - Clarity, resourcefulness, and streamlining processes. Essential Functions: Develop and execute budgets, plans, policies, and initiatives. Ensure adherence to project plans and timelines. Identify new product opportunities and contribute to product enhancements. Maintain high customer and supplier relationships. Prepare account analysis and sales reports as needed. Participate in industry events. Coordinate major projects and monitor relevant metrics. Administer annual performance reviews and support team member growth. Promote and improve the division’s quality management system according to ISO standards. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field. Minimum 12-15 years related experience; or experience in lieu of education. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
