As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process for high-rise residential developments in Manhattan. From project planning and budgeting to scheduling and resource management, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of each project from inception to completion.

With a focus on innovation, sustainability, and quality craftsmanship, they are seeking a talented Construction Project Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results on our upcoming projects.
Description
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of residential high-rise developments.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met and quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients and regulatory agencies, to facilitate communication, address concerns, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and building codes.
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Profile
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on high-rise residential developments in Manhattan.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from inception to completion, meeting or exceeding project goals and objectives.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems, with a focus on high-rise construction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Procore or Primavera P6, preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional) a plus.
