Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to capture new markets, grow market share, and exceed revenue targets. Team Development:

Manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and success. Market Insights:

Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform decision-making. Client Relationships:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. KPI Monitoring:

Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and actionable insights to executive leadership. Industry Representation:

Represent the company at conferences and networking events to elevate the Sunbright Solar brand. Qualifications: Proven experience (1+ years) in senior sales leadership, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or a related field. Deep understanding of solar energy solutions, including residential, commercial, and utility-scale projects. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. Commitment to renewable energy and sustainability principles.
