US Partner Communications Manager, Digital and CRM Specialist

Marcom is the creatively-led global team that oversees Apple’s consumer facing marketing. We ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications across all medias and platforms. The US Partner Communications Manager, Digital and CRM Specialist plays a vital role in shaping how Apple shows up within our Partners’ (indirect channel) digital environments globally. This role requires a deep understanding of the different digital customer journey drivers and destinations such as display ads, media, social, e-commerce platforms, content strategy, performance marketing, digital in-store, and specific expertise in e-CRM. Key Responsibilities: Drive innovative partner strategies and impactful creative work for Apple products and services through a deep understanding of the Apple brand and our partner’s brands. Work across the global organization to understand macro and comms trends for Apple products and services, synthesizing learnings into insights to drive optimization of future advertising and digital efforts. Help Partners manage and optimize customer relationships using CRM systems and tools to improve customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Collaborate extensively across many teams, both internally at Apple and externally with partners such as Carriers, Retailers, Banks, SMB’s, and Enterprise Resellers. Inspire and contribute to the global network of Geo Partner Communications Managers, sharing best practices and case studies. International or US travel may be required 1-2 times per year. Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years experience in marketing communications. Experience in brand communications - from strategy to execution. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in international account management and/or strategy at an advertising agency or in-house marketing communications for a global brand. Passion for great work and a tremendous ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to understand a partner’s business, marketing strategy, and consumer insights. Deep understanding of digital platforms and how they can be leveraged to enhance the customer journey. Strong analytical skills and ability to create actionable insights and strategic narratives. Ability to develop positive relationships with partners and inspire them about possibilities within their digital and CRM frameworks. Thrive as part of a cross-functional team and possess leadership qualities. Can confidently build rapport and influence across multiple stakeholders. Experience in building a global communications strategy for partners. Bachelor’s degree, MBA or advanced business degree. Compensation and Benefits: At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this role is between $179,000 and $269,100, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
