  • Preparing regular job reports for job meetings o Making sure the job is completed on time and under budget

Profile

A Successful Commercial Construction Superintendent - California Travel

  • 7+ years of experience in commercial construction, DSA experience required
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in construction management software, scheduling tools, and other relevant technology

Job Offer

  • $120,000 - $140,000 base DOE
