As we continue to expand, we are seeking an ambitious and motivated entry-level Associate Attorney to become a vital part of our team. Position Overview: This is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level attorney with up to 2 years of experience to advance their career in a firm with a clear partnership track. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a variety of legal practice areas and work closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative setting. Practice Areas:
Civil Litigation Transactional Law Estate Planning & Probate Farm & Agricultural Law Municipal Law Personal Injury
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert legal representation and counsel across multiple practice areas. Conduct thorough legal research and draft detailed documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Manage cases efficiently and interact with clients to address their needs. Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal issues and strategies. Represent clients in court, during mediations, and in negotiations.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines. Enthusiasm for learning and growing in various legal disciplines.
