Position Summary
UBMD Primary Care is seeking a full time or part time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (APP) to join our Williamsville outpatient clinic. The APP will provide primary and episodic care to patients under the supervision of a physician.
Responsibilities include:
* Delivering quality care to patients * Emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention through patient education and coordination of care * Interpreting diagnostic test results * Compiling and recording patient medical data * Making diagnoses and decisions about patient management and treatment * Prescribing therapy or medication with physician approval * Administering or ordering diagnostic tests such as x-rays, electrocardiograms, and lab tests
Schedule:
* Full-time: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm * Part-time: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, 8 am to 5 pm * No holidays, weekends, or nights
Compensation:
* Full-time: $100,000/year to $105,000/year * Part-time: $64,000/year to $67,200/year for 24 hours/week * No benefits associated with part time work except pro-rated PTO and ability to participate in the 401k retirement plan

Minimum Qualifications
* Graduate of accredited PA or NP program. * Current NYS license as PA or NP certified by the NYS Education Department. * Minimum of 2 years' experience in health care delivery, preferably in an outpatient clinic setting. * Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience using Allscripts EMR system strongly preferred
Physical Demands Salary Range Part Time: $64,000 - $67,200 Full Time: $100,000 - $115,000 Additional Salary Information The salary range reflects our good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible compensation at the time of posting, the role and associated responsibilities, and the experience, education, and training of the selected candidate.
