We proudly distribute the Mitsubishi and Bryant brands of HVAC equipment, as well as a full line of HVAC residential and commercial parts, supplies, and accessories. We have locations throughout New England, New York, and New Jersey. We currently have an opening for a Territory Manager in Edison NJ. There is no relocation assistance offered for this position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources. Travels through assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders or talks with customers on sales floor or by phone. Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalog, and emphasizes salable features. Negotiates pricing based on what the market will bear while maintaining profit goals of the company. Achieve or exceed territory sales budget as well as contributing additional sales to help achieve overall regional sales budgets. Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained. Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's delivery schedules. Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts. Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database. Develops and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts along with providing information to help set usage levels. Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries and products. Attends trade shows. QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree (A. A.) from two-year college or technical school. Minimum of three (3) years Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Wholesale Distribution Sales experience. Technical knowledge of HVAC equipment, parts supplies and accessories service and installation. In depth knowledge of warehouse, purchasing, data processing, paper flow and operations procedures. Must have the ability to negotiate transactions on an intra- and inter-company level. Must possess the ability to mediate situations among customers as they arise. TECHNICAL SKILLS
Beginner to intermediate user of the Internet and Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Ability to learn new software quickly and accurately. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license along with continuous and current vehicle insurance based on Company policy.
