Optometrist Locum- St. Louis, Missouri Work Dates Needed: ASAC- ongoing (3 months to start) Preferred Schedule: M-F 8a-5p Worksite Setting: Community Health Center Scope of Work: Types of cases: routine optometry primary care, diabetic retinal screening, vision test, providing eye glass prescription, and contact fitting Procedures: SLIT LAMP evaluation, foreign body removal, and tonometry. All ages 10-12 PPD- 1 MA support staff Requirements: MO licensed, BE or BC, BLS, preferably- already credentialed with Medicaid and Medicare EMR: EClinical Works
