This is a permanent, full-time position for an experienced legal professional who specializes in representing policyholders. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably with insurance coverage and/or construction litigation.Responsibilities: Represent policyholders in all aspects of insurance coverage disputes. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on complex insurance issues. Negotiate settlements on behalf of policyholders. Prepare and present cases in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings. Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience. Insurance coverage is a plus. Current license to practice. Demonstrated experience with drafting, pleadings, taking depos, and motion practice.
