Must be certified at IAT Level II (e.g., Security+) or higher
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide IT systems administration, including planning for, installing, and maintaining computer systems, including servers, storage area networks and network attached storage on five enclaves.
• Perform SharePoint Server (2019) on-prem administration including installation, configuration, migration, and services management.
• Provide performance monitoring and tuning, upgrades and patching, backup and recovery, as well as troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Develop and maintain schedules and plans for system updates and patching.
• Audit server utilization.
• Ensure all application deliverables and systems comply with applicable DISA STIGs or Security Requirements Guidance.
• Identify and report system risks.
Qualifications:
• 3 years’ experience in systems administration in a Windows based environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field desired.
• Must be certified at IAT Level II (e.g., Security+, or other certification satisfying DoD 8140 certification requirements).
• Microsoft certification a plus.
• Experience with SharePoint PowerShell PNP, SharePoint Designer 2013 and Workflows.
• Experience with SharePoint Online (SPO) and Power Automate.
• Experience with SharePoint Site administration and SharePoint Central Administration Console.
• Experience with Windows Server 2019, SQL Server 2019, and VMWare vSphere.
• Must have experience with STIGs.
• Working knowledge of IT Systems Maintenance Compliance processes to include information assurance vulnerability management (IAVM).
• Experience creating, reviewing, and revising security documentation and artifacts.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows technologies, including Active Directory, Windows Administration, PowerShell, SharePoint, scripting, and Windows configuration techniques.
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining servers with Microsoft Windows.
• Experience administering servers in a virtualized production environment using VMware vSphere technology desired.
• Able to assess server infrastructure and configuration and identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, analytical skills to troubleshoot issues, and an ability to conceptualize server infrastructures and configurations.
• Experience with DoD IT environment and networks.

• Must hold a current Top Secret clearance.
