This opportunity arises due to the recent relocation of their associate, offering a fantastic chance for a new or experienced dentist to step into a thriving practice with an established patient base.

• Facility:
• 9 chairs: 3 private treatment rooms and 6 open bay chairs for hygiene appointments.
• Plans for future expansion to accommodate increasing patient demand.
• High Patient Volume:
• The practice is seeing over 125 new patients per month , ensuring a consistently busy schedule.
• Comprehensive Care:
• Known for exceptional restorative options tailored to patient comfort.
• Treatments range from anesthetic procedures to conscious sedation or IV sedation with an anesthesiologist (available three days a week).

• Busy Schedule:
• Full days of treatment supported by two full-time hygienists.
• Office Hours:
• Monday: 8 AM 3 PM
• Tuesday: 8 AM 5 PM
• Wednesday: 8 AM 3 PM (IV sedation day with a dental anesthesiologist)
• Thursday: 8 AM 5 PM
