The Brand Manager, Marketing will play an integral role in shaping the future of sweetgreen by serving as a key stakeholder in integrated brand communications strategy and execution. This position will leverage their proven track record to lead and support breakthrough brand communications campaigns including go-to-market launch strategies, media planning, guest engagement promotions, and brand experiences and innovations. The role will also play a part in menu innovation and channel strategy to build the sweetgreen brand. You'll be joining a team that manages multiple high-stakes campaigns with a guest-obsessed, culturally driven mindset. Join us for the opportunity to make your mark on the future of food and culture.As the Brand Manager, Marketing, you will: Lead brand campaigns from idea development to execution with unwavering obsession with consumer and culture to deliver breakthrough strategies and disruptive creative briefs, ensuring flawless experience across all consumer touchpointsLead and collaborate with internal and external partners, including experiential, PR, social, digital, media, and tech teams to execute the successful launch of brand campaignsLead external agency across both creative and integrated comms strategy & planningShape brand strategy and product innovation, driving impact and measuring success against established KPIs.Drive decision-making through a spirit of business ownershipcontributing a clear financial understanding of the business. Assess the continuous evolution of the competitive landscape, consumer insights, new societal trends, and culture Work closely with social leads, media agency and creative partners to improve and future proof creative development strategiesAdditional duties as assigned.
