Our offerings include competitive compensation, flexibility, and a commitment to fostering work-life balance within our beach community setting.Job Description: As a Tax & Accounting Supervisor, you'll lead, manage, and review multiple tax engagements, aiming to deliver top-notch tax services to our clients primarily in real estate, entertainment, professional services, and technology sectors. This role presents exceptional opportunities for leadership and career growth, including potential partnership for the right candidate.Responsibilities:Thorough review of federal and state income tax returns for individuals and various business entities such as corporations (C and S), limited liability companies, partnerships, trusts, estates, and foundations.Proactive tax planning and coordination of tax strategies with clients and engagement teams.Compilation and review of GAAP Financials.Correspondence with clients and tax authorities, along with preparation of internal memos.Client management, project monitoring, and achievement of production goals across multiple accounts.Providing training, mentorship, and guidance to staff.Developing and nurturing new and existing client relationships, demonstrating a deep understanding of clients' businesses.Requirements:CPA certification with over 10 years of experience in public accounting.Strong business acumen.Substantial supervisory experience (minimum 2 years), including staff review experience.Proficiency in Lacerte tax software, Excel, and Word.Interested in hearing more?
