Summary

We are looking for candidates who are interested in pursuing internship opportunities with OneStream Software. We are a financial software company, headquartered in Birmingham, Michigan. We offer a financial consolidation software, and marketplace solutions, to large organizations across the world. As a Microsoft Gold Partner, we offer our customers the ability to store their data using Microsoft Azure. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) industry.

As an Intern on the AI Product and Engineering team, you will gain experience in our AI initiatives within the OneStream platform. The AI Product and Engineering team is focused on bridging the gap between AI research and AI products, bringing tangible and quantifiable value to our end users. Our AI solutions incorporate AI and machine learning spectrum, including (but not limited to) time series forecasting, anomaly detection, and natural language processing. Our mission is to lower the barrier for organizations and people to get value out of AI capabilities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Hands on corporate experience in departments based on the needs of the business.
  • Developing AI products that will be leveraged in a variety of business applications.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across full stack to ensure high reliability of systems.

Required Education and Experience

  • In pursuit of a bachelor's degree or graduate-level degree in CS/DS/EE/CE Degree or similar.
  • 3.2 GPA or higher.
  • Experience in one of the following: Python, C++, C, CSharp, Java, Rust, or Go (or similar experience).

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Junior, senior, or graduate-level student.
  • Previous internship experience with building AI products/systems.
  • Experience with SQL.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Highly motivated and self-directed.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills.
  • Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly adaptive to changing circumstances, with the ability to tackle problems quickly.
  • Comfort with speaking to individuals and presenting to large groups.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
