Experience leading medium size, complex project(s), multiple small projects in an IT Healthcare organization
Proven ability to provide regular day-to-day planning and organize the work of others, ability to multi-task and demonstrated high level of written and oral communications skills.
Experience with providing project management leadership on complex projects and facilitating team involvement in resolving difficult business or technical issues.
Proven ability to translate and communicate highly technical concepts, information, plans, and procedures to both highly technical personnel and non-IT business u .
Knowledge of the Project Management process, procedures, documentation, checklists, and reporting criteria.
Knowledge and demonstrated ability to conduct detailed planning, project testing, and perform risk assessments and their associated risk mitigation actions.
Ability to design and manage technical projects using quality assurance practices to ensure the project will be implemented on time, within budget, and with the expected results, deliverables, and identified benefits within the program/project scope.
Experience in developing reports and graphical presentations for technical and non-technical audiences;
Experience with a project management tool such as Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheets
