Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Account Executive with B2B sales expertise. As an Account Executive within our Commercial Services Team, you will play a critical role in our rapidly expanding commercial division. On a daily basis, you will interact with customers and business owners in the throughout the US. Your role is to drive revenue growth by identifying and selling new accounts. This is hybrid role of inside and outbound sales.
Responsibilities
- Learn and execute proven prospecting and sales processes to generate and close new sales opportunities
- Walk buyer through sales process showing expertise and professionalism.
- Handle all sales queues, waste audits, and quote forms.
- Complete orders and items successfully.
- Obtain pricing from vendors, verifying service areas.
- Onboard customers with Account Managers to provide proper hand off.
- Follow up on all prospects utilizing Salesforce, Docusign, & Heymarket to manage the process.
- Map prospective accounts for organizational structure, people, and existing accounts.
- Establish relationships with senior executives and field agents in target accounts to understand business needs and expand
- Run self-generated business appointments to keep sales pipeline full
- Work with Team Lead to manage pipeline and create marketing campaigns that convert.
- Maintain a great attitude while staying organized, multi-tasking, and driving sales
- Highly motivated, self-starter while also being a team player
- Must be comfortable cold calling
- Highly organized, displays time management skills
- Effectively communicate industry-specific knowledge
- Ability to control emotion during potentially high-stress situations
- Demonstrates the ability to listen effectively
- Ability to take feedback and constructive criticism
- Computer skills necessary
- 2 years prior sales/relevant experience required
Compensation
Salary and commission opportunity will be discussed during interview process. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
