Role Overview: The Vice President (VP) of Marketing will lead the overall marketing strategy and execution to build the company brand. This includes overseeing the development of the company website, sales materials, social media, and other marketing platforms.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute a long-term marketing strategy aligned with company goals.Ensure a consistent brand voice across all divisions.Brand Marketing:Manage brand positioning and messaging across all client touchpoints.Incorporate consumer and retailer insights to refine the brand's appeal.Oversee creation of marketing materials and presentations.Digital & Content Strategy:Lead digital marketing initiatives across website, social media, email, and paid ads.Oversee the creation of engaging content for clients and prospects.Market Research & Data Analytics:Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.Use data analytics to optimize campaigns and enhance brand awareness.Budget Management:Manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective brand awareness campaigns.Qualifications & Experience:Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).Experience: 10+ years in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (VP, Director, etc.). Proven success in large-scale marketing campaigns and business growth.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content strategy, and social media. Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
