3 must haves:BA/BS degree and a minimum of twelve years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At this level, post graduate course work may be expected. Must have previous experience supporting the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Project Controls System. Perform cost estimating, analysis and control activities and provides technical direction for cost engineering and/or planning/scheduling activities Must be able to attain a Q clearance
Summary: Develops and/or reviews work packages including time, material, and labor estimates, written step-by-step work instructions, procedures, and/or safety and testing requirements for the implementation and control of operations, maintenance, or modification of work activities within a given facility or area. Specific planning duties may be related to mechanical, electrical, chemical and/or radiological equipment, policies, and procedures and may also include resolving work restraints and bringing work packages to final closure.
Requirements:Position typically requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum twelve years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At this level, post graduate course work may be desirable.
